My cases for the P70 monos is picture 19 . However thanks to the kindness and skill of Mark and Paul it is only the case asbthey have put M600 mono boards , transformers and capacitors inside . This has resulted in me now having my end game amplification and since fitting them in and after burn in I have just played music and been happy . I was very lucky that Paul let me try a pair of full blown M600 but while better than my S300 the difference was not in my view enough to pay the additional cost . My pair sound ablittle different to stock M600 a little less etched and more relaxed which ideal for me and my ESL 57 . Great amplifiers that have no real sound just let the music flow through them .

That sounds like a fantastic setup. Using the P70 cases but having Mark and Paul rebuild them with full M600 internals is a brilliant way to get true "end-game" amps without chasing the full retail M600 price. And if the voicing ended up slightly smoother and more relaxed than stock M600s, that is a perfect match for ESL 57s-those speakers shine when paired with gear that just gets out of the way.

It is great to hear that after burn-in you have simply been able to sit back, play music, and enjoy. That is exactly what good amplification should do: disappear and let the music speak.
