The Owston gathering is happening again this year on Saturday 27th September and members of NVA Community are very welcome to join in. A number of members from this forum have enjoyed this day out for Hi-Fi enthusiasts in previous years.
Location is the function room of Dario’s Ristorante, Doncaster Road, Owston, Doncaster DN6 9LG.
Approximately 6 miles north of Doncaster on the A19. https://dariosristorante.co.uk/
Starts from 9.00am and will continue through the whole day until the premises close in the late evening.
The cost of the room hire, buffet lunch and endless tea and coffee is shared amongst all attendees and should work out around £15 per person.
Historically the event has centred around DIY Hi-Fi, although plenty of commercial products are also demonstrated. This year there will be top performing diy dacs, vinyl systems, valve and solid state amps and some interesting speakers.

If you are intending to come along, it would be helpful to post your intention on that thread for the organiser Steve’s information. Please note that the initial projection of cost per head contained in Steve’s first message on the thread has been reduced considerably (see details later in thread).
