I had been thinking of switching to the xenforo cloud platform for some time. It's easier to use, security and updates are taken care of automatically and the content layout is more engaging.

When the old site came under DDOS attack, and with our tech admin away until the end of the month, I decided to just go for it.

I'm still hopeful that we can clean up the original database and get some of the content from the old site over to here.
