Hi, new here but I have a question and wondered if savvypaul, or anyone else could help?
One Friday evening after work and I remembered my trip to the North West Audio Show in June and how much I liked the Cube 3 speakers. So as you do, I asked goggle and an eBay listing came up for:
NVA - Cube 3 - £250 delivered
Sealed box bookshelf speakers. No branding as these are possibly pre-production examples. Light wood cabinets in plywood, with original black grills.
So after a beer and at that price, I thought it would be daft not to take give them a try. I'm more than happy with the sound, so easy to listen to and I like how they look in my living room. But I wonder exactly what are they, are they prototypes? They are 30cm square, so bigger than both production Cube 2 and 3s, was a larger size considered and ultimately rejected? Any history or back story on them would be much apricated.
Cheers
Sam
