Having a relaxing day as I'm off out with my former work Pals later on our six monthly night out on the town.

One thing we have in common is music, we've been to lots of gigs together, in the last twelve months we've seen Australian Pink Floyd and The musical Box.

Anyhoo I digress,

Today, so far it's been Kraftwerk with Autobahn, The Pretty Things with S.F.Sorrow and Suzanne Vega's debut, next will be John Foxx's Crash and Burn.

This is a song I really like and Bowies version on the Pinups album is my favourite. Am reading a biography of Angus Young and it was this big hit by the older brother with the Easybeats which gave him and Malcolm the inspiration to become stars. The rest is history and their senior brothers produced the early AC/DC albums. The Easybeats took on a softer approach after Friday on my mind which did not work. As a result the advice to AC/DC was to maintain the same hard rock formular. It has certainly worked for 50 years!

Hungover after an excellent night on the toon with my best Pals, no motorbike riding today as I suspect my alcohol levels are still bumping off the stops.
Wife is sun bathing in the garden so I went straight to the music for some hangover therapy.
First up is Radiohead's Amnesiac followed by Supertramp's Crime of the Century and then a bit of The Small Faces and Ogden's Nut Gone Flake.
